"I called today to ask about my insurance policy and why the policy continues to go up despite no accidents, tickets etc. and spoke to Areli. She was incredibly disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. I explained I paid $83 in 2021, and now I’m paying $115 and her response was “well when you do groceries are you paying what you paid in 2021?” So uncalled for. I then explained I spoke with Progressive and they quoted me $200 less than they did so how does her reasoning being “inflation” work and she simply asked if I wanted to cancel. Completely unprofessional. If you call here or come here, don’t talk to her."
